Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days and shipped from our small studio in Georgia. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location and carrier delays.
If your package has not arrived within 10 business days after shipment, please contact us and we will assist you in locating the order or providing an appropriate resolution.
Refunds & Replacements
Refunds and replacements are handled on a case‑by‑case basis. We always aim to be fair and ensure you have a positive experience with our products. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out within 30 days of delivery and we’ll work with you to make it right.
